Savoy Hill House, Savoy Hill, London (37500 sq ft)

This project was carried out for one of our longest standing and most regular clients. It involved the full strip out of the 6 floor dated property with a 6 week programme. Several elements within the property were being retained and thus a careful and methodical approach was required. The project involved the following: -

• Strip Out of all timber, carpet, vinyl and ceramic floor coverings
• Strip out of suspended and MF ceilings
• Strip Out of all partition, glass, blockwork and brickwork walls.
• Removal of all services including plumbing, heating, electrics, Air Conditioning and all other plant
• Removal of all fixtures and fittings including teapoints, kitchens, feature cladding and fitted joinery.
• Removal of reception area and foyer
• Removal of all risers and contents
• Removal of all roof plant and plant room equipment
• Removal of all wall and ceiling lining paper
• Removal of all WC facilities

This project was again carried out on time and within budget, with many additional requirements carried out within the original programme duration. We achieved a recycling figure on this project of 90% showing that we are dedicated and committed to minimising the effect our work has on the environment.
