Here are some examples of work we have recently carried out and also work we are about to commence: -
Project: 150 The Minories, London, EC3
Scope of works:
To completely strip-out 7 floors used as offices and meeting rooms ready to be refitted. This included removing carpets, screed floors, block walls, glazed and stud partitions, suspended ceilings, fixtures and fittings and all M&E equipment such as data cabling, a/c units, ducting and pipe work.

Scope of works:
The complete strip out and removal of all aspects of this office ready for our client to refurbish. This included the removal of large amounts of plasterboard and glazed partition, carpet tiles, ceramic floor tiles, vinyl floor coverings and ceiling bulkheads. We also removed a all the data cabling and a large amount of screed in order to reduce the floor level ready for new raised access flooring.

Scope of works:
To remove all office furniture, partitions, carpet and suspended ceilings.
